One cycle. Target, measure, compare, act, measure again.

Everything on this page is in the product today unless it says otherwise.

Target

1. Agree what good looks like before anyone is surveyed.

The strategy profile records your priorities and a target culture profile by dimension. Leadership agrees the target before results exist, so the comparison is against a stated intent and not a hindsight one.

Measure

2. Everyone gets a say, wherever they work.

Surveys are built from a published question set and run for a defined window with a close date. Respondents answer on a computer, a tablet or a phone, in the office or in the field, and nothing is recorded twice.

Onboarding and exit surveys go out from the people records you already hold.

Compare

3. See exactly where culture and strategy pull apart.

Each dimension shows your current score, your target, how many people answered, and a margin of error where the numbers support one. You can compare groups by business unit, by level and by language. Suggestions and comments are kept with the answers and shown only to the roles you allow. The person who wrote a comment is never shown.

Act

4. Turn the gaps into work someone owns.

The action library links suggested actions to culture dimensions. Every action gets an owner, a status and a progress mark. One portfolio view brings them all together for review. When you run the next survey, its results sit next to the actions that ran.

People data

Your people data, without a migration project.

Upload a file, check it, then apply it. You upload a CSV, see exactly what would change, and nothing is written until you confirm.

Employment Hero and ELMO connectors: planned for launch, pending provider checks. They are planned import paths, not live connectors, and the names do not mean a partnership.

Benchmark

Know how you compare, with safeguards against anyone being singled out.

See how your dimension scores compare with other organisations at one point in time. A benchmark number only appears when enough people and enough organisations are behind it. That reduces the risk of any one organisation being singled out.

The assistant

Answers with sources. Drafts you approve. Nothing it can change on its own.

An assistant answers questions from your organisation's knowledge library, which you control. Every answer shows the sources it used. Ask for a draft and it writes one; you apply it or discard it. It cannot change records, send notifications or alter permissions. Australian-only AI is available on request.

The first year

The first year isn't software alone.

The Culture Initiatives Journey takes your leadership team through the first cycle: setting the target, reading the results, choosing actions and holding the first review. It is part of every first year and is charged separately from the subscription. Standard onboarding and support are included in the subscription.

See where your culture and strategy pull apart, and what to do about it.
