This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers the website only. If your organisation uses the Waythread product, the agreement between your organisation and us governs that data. This policy covers our marketing website.

What we collect

When you ask for a demo. If you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, organisation, approximate workforce size and any optional note you provide. We collect this from you to respond and arrange a conversation. Without the required details, we may not be able to respond.

When you use the site. We collect usage and technical information to understand how the site is used and whether the demo form works. Our analytics provider receives information about page visits, referring pages and browser and device details; this can include information in a page address or link that identifies you. We use cookieless analytics.

When you send the demo form. We use a bot-check provider on the demo form. It receives technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to assess automated or abusive submissions; your form answers are not sent to it. We also collect limited technical information about demo-form requests to detect and prevent abuse, and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose.

Your theme choice. If you use the light-or-dark switch, this website stores that one choice in your browser so it is remembered next time.

This website sets no cookies.
